Yoga and Sound are powerful gateways back into the body, the heart and the present moment.
In these spaces, I work with mindful yoga, somatic practices, breath awareness and sound healing to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence and gentle transformation.
Here you’ll find my offerings - from 1:1 sessions to individual group practices, specials, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings and collaborative creations.
All designed to meet you exactly where you are and support what wants to unfold.
1:1 SOUND HEALING SESSIONS

Sound is not just heard - it is felt.
Each private session is intuitively shaped around your current needs and held in a deeply safe, personal space.
We begin with a gentle conversation to arrive, listen and sense what wants support - physically, emotionally or energetically.
Through Tibetan singing bowls, breath awareness and gentle nervous system regulation, you are guided into deep rest. The vibrations travel through your body - through cells, tissues and bones - helping to release stored tension, soften resistance and restore your system’s natural balance.
There is nothing you need to fix, achieve or understand.
You don’t need a reason to receive and bring yourself back into your individual balance.
This is a space to simply be, to feel and to return to yourself.
Each session is unique, intuitive and created just for you.
1:1 YOGA SESSIONS

These private sessions are created entirely around you:
your body, your nervous system, your needs and your current life situation.
In our work together, yoga is not about performing shapes - it’s about learning to truly understand and support your body. With mindful, trauma-sensitive guidance, we explore how movement, breath and awareness can become tools for safety, strength and trust within yourself.
We begin with a personal onboarding call to connect, understand your intentions and feel whether this journey is the right fit for both of us. From there, we create a personalized practice that supports you sustainably -physically, mentally and emotionally.
For lasting and embodied results, I offer a container of 3–10 sessions (60–75 minutes), online or in person.
This allows your body and nervous system to integrate, build trust and create real change - not just a single moment of movement, but a practice you can carry into your life.
This is for you if you’re looking for a safe, conscious and deeply individual way of practicing yoga - guided with presence, care and respect for your unique body.
WORKSHOPS & SPECIALS

These offerings are invitations to soften, reconnect and step into your inner power.
Through healing sound journeys with Tibetan singing bowls, gentle rituals and embodied practices, I create & co create safe spaces where your nervous system can settle and your body can release what it no longer needs.
My intention behind all sound journeys, specials and workshops is remembrance: of your intuition, your inner wisdom and your true nature.
These spaces are not about fixing or becoming - they are about being. About feeling, integrating and coming home to yourself.
Each experience is created with all my heart, presence and deep love - a hug from my heart to yours.
REGULAR CLASSES

My classes are rooted in mindfulness, somatic practices and nervous system regulation, creating a space for you to meet yourself exactly where you are and reconnect with inner strength and peace.
I offer both in-person and online classes, with offerings that change and flow with where I am on this beautiful earth.

Our retreats are an invitation to remember who you are -
beyond roles, expectations and constant doing.
Spaces for women designed to remember their true self in connection with nature, the body and one another.
We learn with nature and from nature - through mindful surf sessions, reconnecting yoga practices, embodied workshops, sound, ceremony and spacious moments of rest.
These retreats are not about becoming someone new.
They are about coming back to yourself, your intuition and your natural rhythm.
Held in sisterhood, with open hearts and shared presence, a sense of belonging arises where you can step into your power.

200H GERMAN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Rooted in tradition. Lived through experience.
This 200h German Teacher Training in Verkala, India is designed to bring together the western and eastern knowledge. Learning deep wisdom and ancient traditions in your mother language.
Set by the Indian Ocean, this training offers space for integration, transformation and true connection - to the practice and to yourself.
This is more than a certification, this training is an immersion into yoga as a lived practice.
