1. About Inner Ocean

Inner Ocean is a lifestyle and retreat-based offering focused on ocean connection, surfing, and conscious living. Experiences may include retreats, workshops, or community gatherings, hosted in collaboration with partner venues and facilitators.
Inner Ocean is operated by Celina Eggers (Germany) and Yvette von Rotz (The Netherlands).

Cancellation and refund terms are specific to each retreat or experience and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Unless stated otherwise:
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Refunds are not offered for unused portions of a retreat
• Travel costs (flights, transport, insurance) are the responsibility of the participant
Inner Ocean strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance.

5. Participant Responsibility & Assumption of Risk​

Participation in surfing, ocean activities, movement, or retreats involves inherent risks.
By booking with Inner Ocean, you confirm that:
• You are physically and mentally fit to participate
• You take full responsibility for your own health and safety
• You will inform Inner Ocean of any relevant medical conditions
Inner Ocean is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage unless caused by gross negligence.

6. Changes & Force Majeure​

Inner Ocean reserves the right to make changes to retreat programs if necessary due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of force majeure (natural events, travel restrictions, illness, or other events beyond control), Inner Ocean cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes. Alternative dates or credit may be offered where possible.
