Our lives completely changed when we followed our intuition, left the “normal” path, and gave ourselves permission to create a life around the things that truly light us up.
Together, we created Inner Ocean Retreats to share this experience with others - creating spaces where women feel safe, inspired, and empowered to follow their heart and remember their light.
Inner Ocean was born from a simple knowing: surfing is more than riding waves, and yoga is more than stretching. Together they open a path of presence, courage, and deep connection.

Through the power of sisterhood we created a sacred space for women to come together, to root and to rise, to be held and to shine.
Our retreats are intimate and intentional, a sanctuary where time slows down. Here you are invited to come home to yourself, to reconnect with nature, and to feel the joy of being supported, seen, and empowered.​
