Our retreats are designed for women who are open to exploring both the inner and outer journey. Age, background, or experience don’t matter as much as your openness to dive in. To make sure it’s a good match for you (and for the group), we’ll schedule a short call with every women before booking. This way, you can ask all your questions, and we can ensure the retreat feels aligned.

Do I need a certain level of surf and yoga?

Not at all! Both surf and yoga are for all levels. Whether you’ve never touched a surfboard or already love riding waves, we’ll guide you step by step. The same goes for yoga — everything is taught with options, so you can move at your own pace.

We balance activities with spaciousness. Every day has moments for rest, journaling, or simply enjoying the sun and ocean. You’ll never feel rushed — the schedule is designed with flow and ease.

Do I need to bring my own surf clothing or equipment?

Surfboards, wetsuits, and other equipment are provided. If you have your own and prefer to use it, feel free to bring it along. For clothing, just bring a bikini, swimwear, or whatever makes you feel comfortable in the water.

We’ll send you a packing list before the retreat! In general, bring comfortable yoga clothes, swimwear, light layers, a journal, and an open heart.

Yes! A few weeks before the retreat, we open a private WhatsApp group for all participants. This way, you can connect, share your excitement, and even coordinate travel.

Absolutely! Many women come solo, and often leave with new friends for life. From the group chat before arrival to our intimate group size, you'll feel connected right away.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable., but depending on timing we may be able to transfer your spot to another retreat or help you find someone to take your place.

Is the food vegetarian/vegan?

Yes, all our meals are vegetarian, nourishing, and full of fresh local ingredients. Vegan or gluten-free options are available too. Just let us know your needs when booking.
