With mindfulness at the center, we use the body as a gateway to inner wisdom. Each class and workshop is deeply aligned with the focus and mantra of the day.
We journey through somatic practices, traditional Ashtanga and Hatha, into the stillness of Yin & Sound - always guided by pranayama, the practice of conscious breath. In this way, the connection to yourself, to nature, and to the day’s theme is not just something you learn about but something you feel, you experience it with your whole being.

Yoga Classes
Our yoga practice is where we come home to ourselves. It's not about how deep you can stretch or how strong you are. It's about finding that connection with yourself.
Each class is guided with intention, connecting movement, breath work, and awareness.
We move with the energy of the day - from grounding sunrise flows to slow, nurturing yin at sunset.
Through the practice, we create space - in our bodies, in our minds, and in our hearts. Space to listen, to feel, and to soften.
